"The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. "

"Wir haben letzte Woche eine Nacht in der Unterkunft am Bach zugebracht. Das Zimmer ist im 50er/60er-Jahre-Stil eingerichtet. Die Zeit scheint hier dtehengeblieben zu sein, zumindest mit den Investitionen. Das Zimmer roch sehr muffig. Die Betten/Bettwäsche waren feucht und musste ausgetauscht werden, da sich alles sehr unangenehm auf der Haut angefühlt hat. Sorry, aber das kann man heute nicht mehr zur Unterkunft anbieten. "Das Zimmer war ok, der Fehrnseher ist nicht gegangen , das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, es gab kein Frühstück ( Koch krank), das Hotel lag 3 Meter neben einer starkbefahrener Bahnschine ( konnte Mann beim Buchen nicht erkennen) also alles im ganzen schlechteste Hotel das ich je gebucht habe."

"Der schlimmste Aufenthalt in einem Hotel! In meinem Zimmer roch es nach Abfluss und ich fand im Bett Insekten! Ich habe den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und warte seitdem auf eine Rückmeldung vom Hotel zur Klärung. Bisher erhielt ich keine Antwort!"

"Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive.
