"Loved everything except parking lot is absolutely too small"

"So while we were staying a pool and hot tub were down and there was only one area left. The room was clean minus some hair left on the bathroom sink. I thought we were getting an ocean view room but that was my own fault for not double checking prior to booking. The staff are all excellent and will do anything to help you out!"

Chegamos numa noite fria e de chuva e o atendimento na recepção foi de primeira. "I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. "The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun."

"Resort was nice. Great location and access to beach. The pool was a bit small. The only con is that there were no attendants near pool or lazy river. There was kids hogging tubes and doing dangerous silly things with no one to stop them or manage."

"I didn’t really like the moving between apartments while on vacation. Management was very helpful and responded quickly. However, it was an inconvenience while on vacation and the money you spent to be impeded on while being on vacation. Otherwise, the second property was nice, but the shade chain was broken. I would recommend this property and location to others."
