"Tive uma boa surpresa ao chegar. Na verdade era um resort com apartamentos muito grandes. Um tanto antigos, mas muito acolhedores. Chegamos numa noite fria e de chuva e o atendimento na recepção foi de primeira. Inicialmente não localizaram nossa reserva, mas o atendente foi muito simpático e nos deu uma acolhida excelente, dando informações sobre o que visitar, onde comer, etc. No final ainda não aceitou a gorjeta. Disse que era diferente aquele hotel e que não era necessário tips ali. Muito...

"Are breakfast for the 1st time in their restaurant for the 1st time of many stays and it was very tasty. Workers in the restaurant could have been nicer!! Grounds outside were very well kept up. Appreciated I guess security letting their presence be seen!!!! We never needed him but made me feel safer seeing him there. Also really appreciated him letting us all know when a storm was coming. Love the availability to many restaurants. Unless I switch beaches I don’t see me staying any where else."

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"The resort is in a great location. It was walking distance or a short drive to a lot of restaurants & stores. My only suggestion for dining in the hotel resturant is pack some patience but once you get your food, it is good. If you got a good parking spot, I suggest you walk to where you need to go."

"The site is good with good access to the beach. The beds were not good!! Need new mattresses on beds. Not Good!!"

"We checked in and went to the pool. Two hours later the guy at the front desk went into our room and looked through our things. He even called people on my husband’s phone! Then locked us out of the room and disabled our keys. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Just terrible!"

"I was surprised when we were given our room that is was not in the main hotel but in another building the Best Western had acquired 3 buildings down from the hotel. It was advertised as Ocean Front Room, but none in that other building we were put in had ocean front. We had to push our luggage in the cart on the side of the road and watch out for traffic on the way. Also walk back and forth daily for breakfast and for the pool access, it was definitely second rate and not like staying at a nice...
