"Very friendly and helpful staff. It is next to the Haram with lots of shopping, food outlets and good dinimg within. Taxis are always available and concierge has a group of helpful staff 👍. Will come again. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks "

"Turned out to be an excellent choice for a 5* near the haram. A lot of the service level was generally 5* standard. Dinner was very good (half board). House cleaning and room service were excellent. The dedicated lifts to the Haram make this a fairly fast choice for getting downstairs for prayer. Breakfast was just okay and there were not very many hotel facilities. Concierge was good."

"My third stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms are huge and spacious. One of the best hotels in Makkah in Safwah towers. Service is excellent and iftar was amazing. Just one floor before is the food court where you will find all the restaurants including a very nice Bangladeshi for place. Below that floor are all the shops. Perfect location Alhamdulillah. "

"Amazing location . Close to haram . Had a kaaba view . Most amazing view . Entrance to hotel difficult. Access to taxi a problem. Have to carry luggage no direct excess . Breakfast ok . Not great, not bad . Bathroom very small . Bedroom very comfortable. "

"This is my fourth visit here. Distance to Haram is very close. I felt the service was not as usual this time due to the rush of Ramadan. There restaurants were full and seating was sometimes not available, and tables and service not upto standard. I would not hesitate to stay here, but would advice to keep the usual standard even if the hotel is full."

"The reception and office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not get through to Housekeeping whenever we tried. We had to go down to the reception to request whatever we needed The restaurant staff were also very courteous and helpful. The other negative was the walking distance from where the shuttle used to drop us till the Haram "

"Really amazing staff,i got the 12th floor good side view of the clock tower. Only 10minutes walk to the Haram, but not for the faint of heart. Alot of inclines and declines, be carefull with the traffic walking on the bridge infront of the hotel. Please get their breakfast package, didnt try their lunch or dinners. Cabs charge alot, i would suggest cross the bridge to the other side and get a cab,10 riyal or else 25riyal."
