It used to be the dog kennels. "Room is tilting to one side and the bed is crammed into a space where you can hardly get in or out of."

"The lodge was very clean, well kept, and modern. Had all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Although it was just off a main road, there was plenty private parking just outside the lodge and the road was barely noticeable. The farm shop located across the grounds was lovely, and well worth a browse. The cafe in the farm shop was excellent, best breakfast I’ve had in a long time and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. "

Im Pod hat es an nichts gefehlt und die kleine Hütte ist von innen deutlich geräumiger, als man es von außen erwarten würde. Auch ist hier alles wirklich gut durchdacht und mit Liebe eingerichtet, was man überall spürt. Ganz besonders macht diesen Ort aber die Herzlichkeit der beiden Inhaber und das fantastische Frühstück von Gill. "We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay."
