"We were greeted at the door by Liz (the owner along with her partner Lee) and immediately felt very welcomed. She gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant within walking distance and it turned out to be a lovely suggestion. The home is well kept! At breakfast the next morning (which was quite tasty) we chatted with Lee and he gave us helpful perspectives on the area around us. We would have loved to have spent more than just one night!"

"This has an amazing restaurant,staff very knowledgeable and very friendly, food excellent, very homely pub also and friendly people,hotel room excellent and clean , we had dogs with us and they were warmly welcomed also , can take dogs in bar but not restaurant which is not a problem at all ,excellent location with great parking ,highly recommended and we will be back ,dinner in evening great selection of locally sourced produce , and also breakfast in the morning amazing . "Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Pod von Ken und Gill. Im Pod hat es an nichts gefehlt und die kleine Hütte ist von innen deutlich geräumiger, als man es von außen erwarten würde. Auch ist hier alles wirklich gut durchdacht und mit Liebe eingerichtet, was man überall spürt. Ganz besonders macht diesen Ort aber die Herzlichkeit der beiden Inhaber und das fantastische Frühstück von Gill. "The building and grounds here are absolutely beautiful. It's clearly been a wonderful place to stay at some point. Having said that, our trip was generally very disappointing. We arrived in the evening, and there were no staff at all to be seen. There was a bar open, with music playing, and no staff. A sign noted to call a mobile number for help. The first number rang out repeatedly. On a second call, a person answered and seemed confused about whether any staff remained at the hotel. Eventually...
