"Clean, spacious and well presented accommodation for 2 families over the NY week. Great storage facilities for all our outdoor kit (bikes, sledges, snowsports and hiking kit). Lots to do on doorstep and within short car journeys. Ran out of time to use sauna. Highly recommend."

"We had a lovely stay. The house is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay (family of 5). It is well situated for access into Aviemore on foot and then the surrounding area. We’d happily stay here again in future trips. "

"This was a last minute booking for us as a wee family treat. The hosts were there on arrival and kindly gave us lots of great tips for exploring the surrounding areas. There is paddleboarding and axe throwing adjacent to the site and Montrose and Brechin are a short drive away. Treat yourself to a lovely riverside woodland walk (blue door walk) in the pretty village of Edzell which is also a short car journey away. The host also advised us to try the Anchor pub in Johnshaven village for food...
