Our booking was canceled and we were not notified in advance. We were 4 hours away from home, small town, middle of the night and no other hotels were available. I was up for 27 hours straight and had to drive back because nothing else was available. They said the hotel was overbooked and we should have been notified as they knew this days in advance. Very unhappy

I went there but I didn't stay because it was too dirty. Then, I talked with the person at the front and he said he will give us our money back but now I contacted them for almost a month but the person at the front said you have to call in the morning to speak with the owner. I contacted them every day but the person didn't let me talk with the owner, and later he didn't answer my call. He picked up the phone and let me hold it for so long and then just cut my call. They didn't give the money back, super bad hotel and the staff.

Spend the extra. This cheap room no bargain.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. EVERYTHING else was horrible. Room dirty, previous guests old food still in refrigerator, no breakfast elven though it was advertised. Parties around me all night. Bed lumpy with cigarette burns in the covers. Room stunk.

At a time all rooms was sold out . what ever available was given to the client it doesn’t mean all rooms are terrible. Paying little money expecting 5 star is wrong. Other than that the room is clean and perfect.

Horrible condition
The front desk clerk was delightful. The room was as clean as it could have been. Otherwise the hotel is in miserable condition and is very seedy. It is as run down as you can get. I would recommend it to no one.

Actual worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty towels, live cockroaches, and cigarette burns on both comforters - in a non-smoking room. Shower dirty and clogged, everything was dirty. No phone in room.

This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. There was mold on the walls water damage cigarette burns everywhere. The smell was disgusting. The tile floor was broken in the bathroom. The fridge was dirty. we didn't have any other options to find a different hotel at 11 at night 7 hours from home. I have since filed 2 complaints since we have been home. One for the room conditions and one because we were charged from you guys and then the hotel charged us 60. Both charges are posted on our account. When I called the hotel the guy at the desk yelled at me and told me he had nothing to do with what Expedia charged me and would not refund me for charging me after we already paid through Expedia. I have now spent hours on the phone and waiting a response on my complaints.

It is not true after he spend in the room he make dirty the towels everything he need his money back we refuse him to do so.

Don't let the pictures fool you.
The pictures looked great, I pulled into the parking lot and it did NOT look like the pictures. I did not feel stay staying there with my 4 yo son. I ended up going down the road to a different hotel. I had a friend that was in town as well for the same event and gave him the hotel room since it was non refundable. I had receipts from hotels.com and paypal showing that it was paid. They tried to make my friend pay for the room, after showing them the receipts, they said "maybe the payment will come through tonight" seemed a bit suspect. My friend confirmed that I made the right decision by going somewhere else.

DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS SIGHT!
It was very quite, which was great since I just had eye surgery that morning. There was cigarette burns on the bedding and the roaches had a party at night. It was the worse experience I have ever had with Hotels.com. The photos where never taken at this sight.

The whole place needs help, our room was bad, fund a roach, the carpeting was very run down and dirty. We did not stay at this motel. I ask for a refund and checked out.

STAY AWAY!!
Worst experience in a hotel stay. Three reasons 1) first room, the toilet didn’t work! I had to turn on the valve behind the toilet & there was no chain from handle to plunger. 2) replacement room was smoking room & 3) someone with either dupe key or pass key attempted to enter room at 12:30am! I left immediately! Request total refund by hotel.com! Website should check out these places before putting them on your site!

I honestly believe its probably a hotel used for mostly local junkies. I have stayed in a lot of hotels across the country that fall into this price range and this one was by far most disgusting I have ever seen. It sad because the outward appearance is cute and quaint and parking right in front of your room is nice. Front desk person was nice and professional.

The service was good, but it was filthy. There was dark smears on the walls, there were bugs on the walls and the floor of the bathroom. There were cracks innthe walls and tiles. There was a terrible build up of dirt and grime on all the wall boards.

had to book this room due to be husband be hospitalized at a local hospital as we were traveling. the room was very dirty. comforter had cigarette burnt marks. room smelled like an ashtray even through it was suppose to be non-smoking. towel was dirty. there’s is no way this facility is following covid prevention protocol let alone basic cleaning. the nurses at the hospital overheard me tell my husband where we booked our room. they told me to run as fast as i could away from here because of drug activities that super8 is known for. this dump should not be an option on your website.

The rooms smelled like smoke, or urine. We had to try four different rooms, and we almost left. I will not stay here,or probably at any Super 8 again.

The pictures are deceiving of what the rooms look like. They didn't give me the room I asked for and we ended up checking out within 5 minutes of getting into our room.

The blankets and bed had cigarette burns. The bathroom was disgusting. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it stunk of mold and cigarettes. I only stayed 2 of the 3 reserved nights because it was so bad.

Our room was supposed to be two queen beds but we were downgraded to double beds with no explanation, room 204. The AC was broke in the room. There was animal feces under the beds. The blankets had cigarette holes in them. The room smelled of urine. The pool was sut down even though it was advertised as open. The pictures on the website are not up to date the room was very run down. They advertise breakfast and gym options but will not allow anyone in the building. Very poor experience we wont be going back.

Upon check in I was issued a room key only to find the room had not been cleaned. They issued another room key and that room had not been cleaned. The front desk had no clue what rooms were cleaned. They had to send someone to check what rooms were available. When I did get a room that was cleaned there were roaches in the room and roach motels in the corners. The coffee maker in the room did not work. The carpets need replaced as well as well as their towels. The towels had holes and were shredding. The local health inspector should shut this place down. I can’t believe that Wyndham would put their name on this place. I will stop staying at their hotels if this is what they are offering. Best that you stay away from this place. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Do not stay here. From the beginning it was bad - I waited 15 minutes to check in because an employee was inside yelling at the manager. The first room we got smelled like a pack of cigarettes was just smoked in there, they gave us a new room and that one smelled like a pack was smoked in it a week ago. There were burn holes in the sheets and scratches all over the doors and walls. The tub leaked and fridge was disgusting. Won't be staying at any Super 8's again.

This was a nasty property. It truly looked like a crime scene in our room w drippings on seats as we entered room. Had to use washcloth to ensure it wasn’t blood. Air conditioner not able to be plugged in. Crumbs and pills under bed. Left and booked another hotel. Expedia should NOT even have on your list!!!!!

The manager of the hotel was not just rude, they would not offer the advertised pet rate from Expedia and also called us LIARS for not telling them as we checked in at 1am the night before we had dogs. We had disclosed the dogs on a phone call explaining our late arrival. Beyond rude. Beyond unreasonable.

The pictures on the site are very misleading. For starters we booked a non-smoking room and there are several burn marks in the comforters, sheets and all over the floors from cigarettes. The shower head was busted and leaks all over. The fridge was missing a leg and about to fall from the stand. The entrance door has been bashed and has a huge gap that can see around through outside. The air conditioner cannot be controlled as the knobs do nor function or missing. The shower was extremely nasty. The site showed the facility in great condition and this is not what we booked. Also noticed at check in the sanitation grade for the complimentary breakfast was 80- can you say no thank you? Gross. Please have the facility update the pictures to be fair to potential customers as we have found this place to be extremely gross and not acceptable. The TV comes on with no signal and have to change that to work. Not a huge deal there but when comes to safety and cleanliness this is extremely disappointing to know they are advertised as clean and this is no where close to what I booked. The site looks appealing on Travelocity and this place is by far the worse place I’ve ever booked or stayed. Once again extremely gross.
