"The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there."

"The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. "

"My booking was wrongly put together through Expedia. Got a room for handicaps which I never asked for. Although the hotel was not fully booked they would not change the room, although I had booked for a standard room. At one point while speaking to Expedia on a phone conversation I was letting expedia Expedia know about the bad service, the staff at the hotel started screaming at me for mentioning that this was the worst hotel I had come to. "Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere."
