Despite my efforts to contact the motel, they consistently advise me to speak with the manager, but there is no manager available. I had to pay upon arrival, and they were unwilling to issue a return."

"The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there."

"The hostel is situated in a residential area. Parking is available on a residential street. The check-in process with Travis was easy. Minor issue when showing me to my private room as someone else had the same first name and accidentally showed me to that room first. But was quickly corrected. The room itself was functional. The bed was firm. The shared bathrooms was clean, but showing its age with various broken tiles. I was only staying one night in Detroit and this is definitely an option...

Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. Breakfast at Warda was “next level” and we appreciated having the vouchers for breakfast each day. Would recommend ALEO to anyone and would stay there again."

"This hotel is a chaos. There are people who have not even rented rooms are coming from almost all doors and it is crowded with all kinds of noises and people. There is security risk to life of residence at the hotel. I had informed the GM John so many times and he didnt do nothing about it. it is not only me who complained right after me there were 6 guests who had similar complains. We were there for 5 days and it felt like a nightmare"

"My booking was wrongly put together through Expedia. Got a room for handicaps which I never asked for. Although the hotel was not fully booked they would not change the room, although I had booked for a standard room. At one point while speaking to Expedia on a phone conversation I was letting expedia Expedia know about the bad service, the staff at the hotel started screaming at me for mentioning that this was the worst hotel I had come to. "My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....
