"My first initial room was 206 It was beautiful but it smelled like dog urine. The lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a different room 221 which was okay. The room was also beautiful but the carpet was filthy. The lady that serves the breakfast in the morning was very rude and disrespectful. She’s very grateful that we chose too leave our kids upstairs when we came for breakfast. The hotel was decent for the price"

"I'm a retired Facility Maintenance Director. When I pay for service I expect high quality, well maintained, and clean facilities for my hotel stay. Sonesta Simply Suites is not well maintained, in fact it's poorly maintained. Cobwebs, debris, dust in the corner by PTAC unit. Behind the bedside table is disgusting. It appears these tables are never pulled away from the wall and cleaned and vacuumed. Rust build up on the caulking around the tub. Lower baseboard under towel rack in the restroom...

"My booking was wrongly put together through Expedia. Got a room for handicaps which I never asked for. Although the hotel was not fully booked they would not change the room, although I had booked for a standard room. At one point while speaking to Expedia on a phone conversation I was letting expedia Expedia know about the bad service, the staff at the hotel started screaming at me for mentioning that this was the worst hotel I had come to. I will never recommend booking anything through...

"The bad. So the room itself was gross. There were finger nail clippings next to the bed. A dime on the bathroom floor. There was some brown substance on the Kleenex box. Rings on the nightstand from cups. And the fridge was broke and left an awful smell in the room. The room was filthy. The good. The bed was really comfortable. Clean sheets comfy pillows. Water pressure was great and stayed hot. Breakfast was fine, what I was expecting after reading some reviews. Staff was friendly!"

"My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....

"We got down to breakfast thinking it was open until 10:00 but it closed at 9:30 and we got there at 9:35. Our mistake."

"The refrigerator was not cool enough. We kept a bucket of ice in the refrigerator to keep it cool. I wish there was non diary milk so I could have eaten oatmeal. I am lactose intolerant. Otherwise, we appreciated the other amenities."
