"Ficamos 10 dias neste hotel, que de forma geral consideramos uma boa experiência, contudo há vários fatores a serem melhorados:
- O serviço foi péssimo, principalmente no bar, onde o atendimento com todos os hóspedes de forma em geral, foi bastante desfavorecido.
- Na receção, foi-nos negado água!
Chegamos às 22.30h e não tínhamos água no quarto, na receção disseram-nos que tínhamos que ir encontrar água fora do hotel, porque o bar estava fechado, só após muito tempo de insistência da nossa...
"O hotel está bem localizado, tem acesso a boas praias e a playa Americas,é seguro e tem muito boas condições. O serviço de pequeno de almoço é muito completo mas o serviço de jantar devia ter mais opções, pois é demasiado simples. Falta alguma organização nos restaurantes e o atendimento na receção é pouco amigável, necessitei de alugar um carro e apenas me disseram que a Avis com quem trabalham, estava encerrada e não se preocuparam em me ajudar. Mas no geral o hotel é bom."

"The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+
The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing.
The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."

"Everything was so, SO perfect!! My husband and I did not want to leave! Breakfast was delicious, staff was incredibly friendly (our favorite was Hector!!) and the entire place smells incredible. We already can’t wait to come back! "
