"Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package.
Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag.
As for the staff, very kind."

"Funcionários, em geral, muito corteses e simpáticos, porém nos horários do restaurante à la carte, a demora no atendimento é muito grande, quase fazendo o cliente desistir. "
"The hotel itself is excellent with a wonderful breakfast. However, on the first night, we were downgraded without our knowledge and placed in a room over the construction area. That was unacceptable. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and comfortable."
"Fantastic! We had an overnight stay as our last night in Fiji so we were close to the airport. We got a late checkout, free buffet breakfast and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is amazing with 360 degree views of Nadi and a lovely large pool. The rooftop bar was open late into the night with music and cocktails by the pool. The Chinese restaurant next door was really nice too! Highly recommend. "

"Literally perfect! So many food and drinks options all arpund the resort accommodating to all types of traveller's! The fijian culture and people here is one of the best atmosphere ive experienced.
