"Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. "Fantastic hotel!! We were very well received by the staff, very polite and helpful. Very clean hotel, delicious breakfast with many options. Some restaurants within the resort, with Italian, Indian and Viatnamite food. Very close to the airport. In short, we are very satisfied with everything!!"
"MELHOR hospedagem que tive na Ásia até agora - quarto enorme, banheiro lindo e excelente, funcionários extremamente prestativos ajudaram com tudo o que precisamos e deram várias dicas úteis, café incrível, linda piscina infinita. Aliás a área comum do hotel é toda linda. Não é na praia, mas fica a 10 min de caminhada da Long Beach.
Meu único CONSELHO - não vale reservar quarto com vista pro mar, porque só dá pra ver um pedacinho de oceano e não vale a pena o preço extra.

"My husband and I spent our 21st wedding anniversary in paradise. There was a problem with our initial room but the response from the resort was prompt professional and surpassed our expectations. Our suite, the pools, walkways, and beach were beautiful but best of all were the great staff. A highlight was dinner on the pier. Thanks to the resort for the memory making experience. "
