Overall a really great stay. Close to so many restaurants, shops and public transportation. Family pool and waterslide were a favourite of our kids; extended hours so they spent much of the day there. Room was clean and comfortable; balcony was great for people watching. The very small bathroom was probably the only negative; pretty hard to navigate with kids. Self-check in and check-out was amazing; no line - in and out in no time! Would most definitely recommend and return if we are ever back in the area.

Great front desk staff. She got us into our room before noon which was perfect. She sent up robes for my kids and they also sent up chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter’s birthday. Overall great experience.

Amazing whiskey sours at the bar!

Suite was very clean and comfortable as well as quiet. Wonderful living area with an adjacent comfortable bedroom. Would return again in the future!

Lovely staff and clean room. Room layout was very odd with no separate bathroom. It is odd walking directly into the room from the shower with no privacy. Walls were very thin, so you could hear other guests in the halls at all times. The lighting panel was also very difficult to control and confusing. You can tell this hotel was converted from a previous hotel and I don’t think the layout of the hotel meets the intended price point or W hotel standard.
