Quarto muito quente,
A estadia foi boa, ms devido ao calor, o Quarto e muito quente, precisa colocar um ar condicionado, ou pelo menos um ventilador, demais estava perfeito, e recomendaria este hotel.

I was there just overnight, it was okay (small issue with shower, but able to use). Not much comfort, but as expected and it was worth the price.

The cleaning woman opened our room at least 3 times without knocking and with us inside. She wasn't nice. The tub pipes and the sink pipes were plugged. The heater didn't worked either.

self checkin link was not mobile device friendly. The date of birth should be allowed for manual entry instead of calendar option (18 or older for check in and I had to click whole bunch of times to get to my date of birth)

Terrible for the price
Considering the price we paid the room was really basic. I've stayed in cheaper hotels in Zurich that were considerably better than this one. All the furniture was old, the bed uncomfortable and the pillows were absolutely terrible. The tiny room felt more like a low security prison than a hotel. Positives it was clean and in a relatively nice area.

What I found very unique about this property is that a unique code is generated to be entered into a machine in front of apartment that will supply the key. It was fairly easy check in. The location was nice in a quiet neighborhood close to a small park. It was comfortable and very worth it for the price. This is an apartment so there is no reception and check out was as easy as dropping key back in machine no problems. Would definitely recommend this location and would even stay here again.

turned up to check in at 2pm and entered my code to get my key. No key!!!!! Had to ring and wait for man to show up who was very rude. After settling in realised the heater was not working.emailed the office to change apartment. They said they can’t. Spent 2 night in a freezing apartment in the middle of December. Too far from city center for the price they charge. No reception just rude staff. Avoid get a hotel in city center for the price you pay.

Bad, but perfect for the price!
Negative: -absolutely worst check-in I have ever seen in my life! (key did not work and I had to wait ~1hr until someone come) -Internet connection is extremely slow (if i compere it what we have got back in the CZ). Positive: -cheapest in the whole Zurich -Location us great -privacy

Summer with no fan and air condition
There’s was no air conditioned in the room and obviously it was not stated in the details itself when we booked the room. We emailed them and requested for a fan, however, they replied saying that no fan will be provided for this apartment. Ridiculous ? It’s not that cheap to book this apartment. At least a fan should be provided ? Is not even winter , it is summer! You got to be kidding.

The room was very simple and it wasn’t the room that we had seen on the site;so it was disappointing.Quite far away the city centre but the area of the room is good and silent.For four days,our room wasn’t cleaned;even if we hadn’t used there was a small kitchen.

Decent for the price
We used the apartment for a long weekend. Was quite decent for the price! Good quiet neighbourhood next to a park, and 20-30 min walk to town / 10 min to train station so well connected. Decent size for a studio, wit a balcony overlooking a quiet street. Couple small issues with the flat itself - some kitchen equipment was a bit worn, and there was no tablets for the dishwasher making it unusable. Also, come prepared with plug adapters, as their plugs were all a narrow Swiss type so our round EU plugs would not fit! The overall service could have been better - initially there was a problem with my card and the hotel just cancelled instead of trying to contact me and fix the issue / use a new card - so I had to rebook and was stressed about whether I'd get charged twice once my card is fixed.

4박5일 2명이 묵는데 수건이 4장이 전부임. 일주일 한번 청소이기는 하나 그기간에 따른 비품을 챙겨줘야하는게 아닌지... 음식을 해먹을 수 있다는 점 외에는 별로 추천하고 싶지 않음

Zimmer stimmt nicht mit den Fotos bei der Buchung
Ich habe explizit das auf den Fotos abgebildete große Dachgeschoß Apartment gebucht und schriftlich bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen, dass ich nur diese Ferienwohnung an der genannten Adresse mieten möchte. Und KEINE andere. Bei der Ankunft war für uns dann eine kleinere Wohnung reserviert. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Dann hätte ich dis nicht gebucht. Ich hätte woanders gebucht, wo das, was man bucht, auch tatsächlich vorhanden ist.

Having managed to get in, the place was well laid out, close to where I needed to be and great value. Initially I struggled for access as there are two buildings very close together, but a ohone call to a friendly assistant get me sorted

I was told one thing on the phone and then when I got there it wasn’t. The code I was given to Check in didn’t work so I had to call the emergency number and wait forever to check in. It was a mess. The room was pretty spacious though. But no toiletries. Only one pillow and no access to more etc

Proberen een kamer te boeken, dit ging op een bijzondere manier fout met de datums. Ze zijn niet bereikbaar voor overleg of uitleg. Alles moet via de mail en hopen dat ze reageren. Ook Expedia kan ze niet bereiken. Ze denken niet mee over een oplossing en zeggen gewoon: dit kan niet, punt. Kortom je bent je geld kwijt aan een partij die je ook nog is een slechte service geeft. Dit maakte het voor mij erg onprettig. Advies: mee denken en bereikbaar zijn. Als na overleg en een aantal oplossingsrichtingen het niet mogelijk is heeft de klant in ieder geval het gevoel dat je meedenkt en alles geprobeerd hebt. Zijn in ander hotel gaan zitten dichter bij centrum.. hadden we dat maar gelijk gedaan...

Silent, clean and comfortable apartment in Zurich
I stayed in this apartment for one night. The apartment is very close to the train station and other public transportation and is very convenient for a stay in Zurich. The apartment was silent, clean and comfortable. The area surrounding the building is very quiet. They provide complimentary bathroom amenities, so there is no need to bring your own soap, towel, hairdryer, etc. The check-in/out process was fast, convenient, and went smooth. Only drawback: wifi should be improved (it works, but connectivity is very limited).

Schreckliches Hotel
Das Hotel war nicht sauber und wir bekamen nicht das Hotel welches wir gebucht hatten. Die Nachtruhe um 22 Uhr war schrecklich es war sehr laut. Das Waschmittel für das Geschirr war fettig und fast leer. Die Pfannen waren nicht sauber und das Kühl Fach sollte man auch reinigen. Der TV funktionierte nur bei den wenigsten Sendern. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war schrecklich.
