A security deposit of €2,000 is required. Entry to the premises will not be permitted without an approved bank pre-authorisation.

Linen included, can be changed during stay on request.

Tourist tax is applicable and compulsory at the current rate, regularly updated by the local council.
The villa is non-smoking. Outdoor use only.
Parties are forbidden. No noise after 10pm. Respect for neighbours is essential.
