"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is kind, but sime things that they show like the internal pool requires extra pay. I never pay to use the pool in any hotel that i stayed in my life, and i stay in more thas 20 hotels a year."

"If you’re looking for a hotel, that is clean, spacious, warm and inviting this is the place for you. It has the perfect location to be out of the way but close enough to all of Kastoria and surrounding villages. Staff were kind and exceptional. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and made us feel like we were home. Rooms are spacious, constantly clean and replenished with towels daily. We had a simple corner suite that didn’t overlook much in a view but it was quiet all day long...

You just have to be very careful navigating the winding road, especially at night. The staff were very welcoming friendly and accommodating with my needs. The room was also clean, and spacious. The breakfast included in the room price was a k so extensive and a very nice way to start the day. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely stay there again when...

Only disappointed that when I arrived early all the way from America, they didn't allow me to check in for several hours when the place was empty, and they didn't offer to let me leave my heavy backpack with them while I waited. I had to walk around with it for a long time. Also, it was a hot day, and when I asked how to use the air conditioner in the room, rather then just pleasantly give me the remote for it, I had to hear a comment about it...
