"Nós gostamos muito do hotel. Os funcionários são simpáticos e gentis. A comida é maravilhosa. A localização é perfeita. O que não gostamos: O chão do restaurante principal é escorregadio. Queda de energia a noite, mas isso não é um problema significativo, pois o gerador é acionado em alguns segundos. O aplicativo dos restaurantes italiano e japonês não funcionam. "

"A estrutura do hotel e a comida sao excelentes,realmente fica nabeira da praia e a piscina é uma delicia. Porem o quarto fica o dia todo sem arcondicionado com a desculpa q o gerador deles nao serve pro arcondicionado. A noite quando o arcondicionado funcionou ele nao gelava o quarto. Na segunda noite faltou energia de nov na cidade(vive acontecendo) e o gerador quebrou,ficamos no escuro e calor nem o ventilador funcionava,eu acho q se voce oferece arcondicionado e o cliente paga por isso,e na cidade vive sem energia, oseu gerador tem q dar conta de ligar os arcondicionados dos quartos,e o aparelho tem q ser capaz de gelar o quarto. Nunca indicaria nem voltaria nesse hotel"

"Turaco Team is very kind all the time. Hotel is very ggod, swimming pool beach and the food as well with breakfast and Dinner every Day. just few problems with shower weting all restroom floor. Maintenance was oretty quick and good will but was not able to solve definitly. Access to Hotel is tricky..as roads are in zanzibar..."

" During my stay i was hosted in 3 different accommodations in the hotel. Water villa was absolutely awesome 5 stars . But other rooms with very poor maintenance lots of things were broken. Bad towels vwry used and old totally different from the high quality of the villa. It looks like they are not renovating the instalations.. ..service was amazing and food evru good. The road to the hotel was terrible ...very very bumpy and fsr from the airport. 1 hour and 40 minutes . Drinks in the bar extremely expensive. 16 dolars a margarita..."
