Sweet and cozy, the traditional-style villa Cristallo in Zakynthos will make your stay unforgettable. It can sleep up to 6 guests so gather your group of family or friends and enjoy the summer of a lifetime under the Greek sun – taking in its warmth in the pool area or protected under your villa’s shady pergolas! The sea is accessed via a little stone path from the villa. It is located only a 5-minute drive to the beach of Agios Nikolaos and a 20-minute boat ride from the iconic Navagio Beach. Spacious and with a superb view to infinite blue, villa Cristallo will definitely be your summer shelter.  

Outdoors   
Cristallo opens up to an impressive stone terrace that gently blends in the natural surroundings. A large, shaded dining area, where you will savor alfresco meals, enjoys breathtaking sea views over the Ionian Sea all the way to the neighboring island of Kefalonia. You shouldn’t miss the chance to prepare meals for your loved ones on the stone BBQ the villa offers. As for the most stunning feature of Cristallo; a beautiful infinity pool with comfortable sun loungers and surrounded by lush vegetation is waiting for guests to unwind under the Greek sun.  
  
Interior   
Built on two levels, Cristallo is decorated with rustic pieces of furniture that create a relaxing bohemian atmosphere. The upper and lower-level offer 3 cozy bedrooms, that can sleep 6 adults and 2 children, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground level, there is a spacious sitting area with fireplace, a dining area and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen. The sitting area, elegantly decorated with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects, opens directly to the veranda and pool area, letting the refreshing sea breeze in. Summer luxury redefined!  
  
Good to know  
Cristallo, your private villa in Zakynthos, is great for families with children, as it is very close to some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, the closest being Agios Nikolaos only a 5-minute drive away. Your summer home offers many complimentary equipment for your exploring adventures on the island, like canoes, kayaks, snorkeling equipment for underwater exploration, fishing tackle and mountain bikes, so that means you are going to have some quality family time together. Zakynthos Town and the harbor are a 45-minute drive from the villa, and you have to pay a visit. Don’t miss the chance to visit Navagio, better known as “Shipwreck Beach”, where, as the story goes, a smuggler ship washed ashore within the rocky walls of the magnificent bay.

Payment policy
30% deposit of total amount is required to finalize reservation via bank transfer within 48 hours.

The deposit is not refundable
Remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date: Charge of the deposit (30%).

Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date: Charge of full stay (100%)

No show or early departure = charge of full amount

Our reservations department will final confirm your reservation within 24 hours.

Security Deposit: is collected via one sole bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the arrival day, or if supported, via credit card before or upon check-in and it is refunded to the same credit card or bank account within 5 working days after the check-out.

Upon check-in the client should present the credit card which was used for the booking confirmation along with the passport or ID of the card holder.

According to the law 5073/2023, the total amount of the booking doesn’t include the Climate Resilience Tax which is paid directly to the villa.
Climate Resilience Tax details:
Effective Date: The tax applies to all bookings with check-in date from January 1, 2025.
From November to March (low season): amounts from 2 euros up to 4 euros per villa per night.
From April to October (high season): amounts from 8 euros up to 15 euros per villa per night.
