This home offers five beds, and on prior request-only, a queen air mattress (please reach out if this will be needed).

SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or vaping, either inside or outside, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, vaping, tobacco, and marijuana. No drugs are allowed on-premise, and if found, they will be reported to Airbnb. This is a smoke-free home. If any smoking occurs on the property, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be applied.

No animals are allowed on the premises without prior approval.

NOISE
This is a residential neighborhood located on a quiet country road. Local ordinances must be followed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00AM.

PARTY`S
No parties or large gatherings are permitted of any kind.

GUEST
Only the number of guests designated on the reservation are allowed on-premise.
HOT TUB:

A great hot tub experience requires excellent water. The water is perfectly balanced when you check in, and you can keep it that way by following these instructions:

How to keep the water clean during your stay:

Before entering, remove any lotions (sun tan/sunblock/body lotions), makeup, or body oils. If not, the water can become cloudy and overly bubbly, ruining your experience. We recommend showering before and after each use of the Hot Tub.

Before getting into the hot tub, wipe your feet to remove dirt and debris and prevent debris from settling at the bottom. We provide a mat to help clean feet.

Do not drink beverages or eat food in the hot tub.

Add ONE scoop of non-chlorine shock after using the hot tub daily (located in a bucket behind the hot tub).

At most, three individuals can be in the tub at a time. If this is not adhered to, water can overflow and damage the hot tub motor.

-No one under 16 years old may use the hot tub.

-No one under 18 years old may use the hot tub unsupervised.

-All guests use the hot tub at their own risk.
