"Misha was friendly and very accommodating!"

"Easy check in, no issues"

"The host accommodated our group of 6 very well! Each bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook our own meals and the backyard was lovely as well. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. It was close to the Hard Rock casino where we saw a concert!"

"The house was nice and big . The back yard needs help . The neighbor hood was lived inn . It was clean over all."

"Excelence service and kind person"

"Really awesome stay, beautiful house, easy check in, and the host was very responsive! Everything was clean and well kept. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Great for our needs"

"This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need."

"Overall, this was a great little home base to explore the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. It was perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Grass Valley, including shops and restaurants. The area seemed safe, clean, and the neighbors were friendly with us. Pros: Great location, fair price,...

"Clean room. Nearby to what we needed to see family. Don’t use the kitchen appliances. Has washer and dryer."

"Kyle greeted us as we pulled in & assisted with my question on the lock code number system. Fun color scheme in this vintage cabin, AC worked well on this hot day & night, water pressure was very good."

"The host was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The house was a perfect blend of old and new and so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

My biggest complaint would be that the outdoor tubs were not heating up. There is very little lighting outside so if you want to soak at night, make sure you take your own lanterns or flashlights, and if you are elderly or have a hard time getting in and out of beds that are on the floor or practically on the floor, this might not be the spot for you. "Nice place, great hot tub. We enjoyed our stay."

"Good seeing you. Had a good time with my cousin. I'll be back next year, staying next door with the balcony. The kitchen could use a big bowl for big food like a salad. Thanks. "
