Tastefully fully furnished with ample sleeping space for up to 12 people comfortably (but can accomodate up to 14) this 3 floor 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom lakefront home is the perfect Vancouver Island getaway for work and/or play. 2300 square feet of indoor living space this peaceful paradise boasts 3 huge furnished decks with bbq, fire pit, and outside the lakefront facing master bedroom with king size bed is a 6 person hot tub to make everything right! Experience the magic of Marble Bay paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing, or just listening to the lapping of the water from the shore as you sit back and enjoy one of the many furnished decks or the private dock. Take time to explore Cowichan Lake with its pristine waters and its over 110 km of shoreline. Only steps away from the property immerse yourself in the wilderness and tranquility of the numerous trails and the panoramic views that are waiting to be discovered at Bald Mountain Park. Other things to note
We are pet friendly but request only one dog small to medium size and would ask that they only stay on there pet bed which we will supply. They are not allowed on furniture or sleeping on beds. We would also request that they are monitored when outside and walking them on leash in all common areas. Please ensure you clean up after your dog once they do there business. We have an area outside that is gated where your dog can be locked off and enjoy the deck and views of the lake. You can also bring your dog down to the beach for a swim but must be monitored also at all times.....
