"The views were truly stunning. The landscaping of the hotel is so beautifully designed and maintained, it’s like staying in a fairy tale. Staff were friendly and attentive, particularly at breakfast. One small annoyance which I couldn’t understand was why they limited each room to only 2 access cards. There were 3 of us staying in the room and that caused us some inconvenience. Otherwise an excellent stay. "

"I was a bit worried leading up to the trip about how to get there but they had some pretty good instructions on their website. They have a free shuttle that comes to the Shuzenji station about every hour or 2 (timetable is on their site) so all you need to worry about it getting to Shuzenji station which you can figure out using Google Maps. Once there, their instructions say to exit the station, go out and around the 7 eleven, and all the way down to the 8th bus stop. You’ll know you’re at the...

"What an amazing hotel. The highlight is the onsen, absolutely incredible. They have 2 onsen rooms, male and female. Both rooms have 2 onsens, indoors and outdoors, as well as a sauna. Changing rooms are clean with hair dryers, towels, lockers and other amenities. Staff were very kind, allowed us to borrow umbrellas when it was raining, they have a giftshop inside too. 10/10"

The ocean view looking from the bathtub and living room is stunning. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was excellent as well. We truly enjoyed our family vacation there."
