"This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. The door to our room was stuck shut and the employee at the front desk was not helpful what so ever.. when we brought it to their attention they actually told my husband to just “force it open”.. leading to literally having to kick this door repeatedly. There was hair on the bathroom floor and bed, what looked like feces and urine stains on one of the mattresses, the AC blew outside instead of into the room.. I am still trying to figure...

"⭐️ 1/5 stars — and that's only because the review system won't let me give it zero. This wasn't a Super 8 Motel. It was more like the "Homeless Express Inn & Disease Convention Center." The moment we opened the door, we were hit with a nauseating combination of body odor, stale cigarette smoke, mildew, and regret. The smell alone should have qualified as a health code violation. "I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

"We stayed in a suite for 4 nights while exploring the Williamsburg area. It was great! We enjoyed the pool. I got some laundry done while we were there. The game room was fun. We enjoyed playing air hockey, fooseball and chess. Stores and restaurants were really close. I went to Food Lion to get groceries to keep in the room. We had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Wr saved money by not always eating out. Colonial Williamsburg is just down the road. I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is scam , because they would take your money when you don’t safe at the hotel . So you at for a refund . The manger will not call you back to her about your situation. I asked to be moved and they couldn’t because they only had one room left and that was the room they gave me . I asked to be moved because my room had to much traffic in front of my room . The manger ask the people or either told the people to stand somewhere else . One of the people that were staying there didn’t like...

"It took a while for the ac to cool down the room since it was totally turned off when I arrived"

"While the cost of the room was great once we got into our room you could see that the place was really run down. Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, paint missing from the walls, cleanliness was questionable, and didn’t feel safe. There are no amenities near by. Gentleman at the front counter was very nice and helpful but due to the condition of our room we ended up forfeiting the cost and going somewhere else."
