This elegant apartment offers 3 spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, all having large windows that make them airy and bright. 2 Luxury single beds are placed in the top bedroom and a double in each of the other. The rooms are carpeted with high-quality furniture. The ambiance is classy & sophisticated. The beds are super comfortable with very stylish side tables in every room. Bedrooms further comprise of hanging stands, console tables and full-length mirrors. All 3 of them are decorated in a classy manner and provide calming vibes to have peaceful, serene slumbers.

3 well maintained bathrooms, attached to bedrooms. There is greyish tile flooring while the walls have classy white outlook. All 3 of them have glass cubicles separating the bathtub and shower area. The facility of washbasin, toilet, bathtub and shower are present in each bathroom. Other than these, all necessary toiletries are available to make your stay here as homely as possible.

The Kitchen & Dining Area

A fully fitted & furnished kitchen where you can cook delicious meals. Kitchen has wooden flooring, a marble countertop and many drawers + cabinets to keep stuff. Built-in Oven & Stove facility. There is washing sink along with utensil basket. All necessary appliances like refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster etc. are part of this kitchen. It is also fully stocked with necessary dishes & silverware. Bowls, plates, cups all are available for your convenience.

Bright, elegant and lovely ambiance. The living area offers true feeling of comfort & delight. The decor is super trendy yet graceful. It comprises of a luxurious L-shaped sofa in pastel beige shade with emerald green plush cushions. Two deep green comfy velvet seats also grace the place. A stylish coffee table has been placed in the center. Huge TV is also present for your entertainment. The balcony opens through living area where you can enjoy spending your leisure time. Elegant outlook with classy furniture, this house will truly be your comfort zone!

Guests have access to the whole property throughout their stay. However, our professional hosting team are on standby from 8:30am until 11:00pm 7 days a week

ISSUES AND REFUNDS

The host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 8 hours after check-in. Guests must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy any issue after the host has been notified. Guests must also allow entrance for regular maintenance. If a guest stays after the issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund.

PLEASE NOTE: This home can possibly have noticeable wear and tear from frequent use and the furniture can start to age. Worn/stained carpets, faded curtains, missing blinds and minor scuffs and scrapes on the walls, etc. Please keep an open mind while vacationing. No refunds will be given. Should any major equipment or appliance require attention, we will work to fix all issues as soon as possible during normal business hours, however, we cannot issue refunds or make price adjustments. There will be no refunds due to weather problems, early check-out, and interruption of any service due to maintenance problems that arise before or after guests' reservations. In case of incidents beyond our control, severe damage or sale of the property, Pass The Property reserves the right to substitute the property to a similar or superior accommodation near the original one without further liability. Unfortunately, we cannot predict construction activities near our properties. We may not be able to notify the guests prior to arrival. There will be no refunds due to construction or renovations activity around the rental property. There will be no refunds for internet, tv or utility outages in the area that we do not have control over. When a guest checks out, the unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If any damage not previously reported is found, the cost to fix or replace the damaged part shall be billed through the guest booking channel.

City break

A very spacious apartment but very basic, beds were very uncomfortable and after a long day in the city you need a comfy bed. A good location, easy walking into the city. No parking although it did state parking which was a little stressful as we arrived late in the evening. Host is a management company, so the communication was delayed out of hours. Needs more comfort and better communication.hourshours.

Worst mattresses

Pros: good location, walking distance to downtown, spacious apartment, three bathrooms was a bonus. Cons: we had to clean all of our dishes that we wanted to use, the bathroom downstairs smelled bad, there was old blood on one of the mattresses, the mattresses were so uncomfortable, and overall the cleaning crew did a poor job with details. We also found quite a few long black hairs around the apartment…
