"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. "

"This is our second stay here we love it. Close to the beach but not on it. Well stocked with paper towels, toliet paper ,trash bags, cleaners. The only bad thing is it doesn't have a oven. But they have a toaster microwave, and a kurig. We plan on making this our go to place for our annual October trip."

"5 of us (all over 55) stayed here. Great location a block from boardwalk & beach. Very clean. Cute little porch to sit on. Came with all linens & towels. Has dishwasher. We were able to make our own breakfast & lunches, we went out for dinners. Could use a clock in living area & TP holders tho. Supplied beach chairs too. Loved it and would go back"

"This property was great! It had plenty of room, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We only stayed 1 night and liked it very much. When we go back to that area, this property will be the first place we look for to rent. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was very nice and everyone was friendly. We didn't have a chance to use the bikes but we did walk down to the crabbing pier where there was a pretty little area. I would recommend staying here, and...

"Estadia maravilhosa. Hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. Recepcionista foi extremamente solícita e atenciosa (não me recordo o nome dela mas é uma senhora que tem percieng). Foi super amável com as crianças. Hotel possui estacionamento, quarto com frigobar, mesa e microondas, além de servir café da manhã. Certamente voltaremos a ficar no hotel. "
