We are Steve and Leslie, and we’re excited to share our newly renovated condo, set in the building’s prime oceanside corner — as close to the sand as it gets here. Fresh, cozy, and upscale — with incredible building perks like an indoor pool and game room for year‑round fun. Steps from  sprawling Northside park with a scenic pier and activities, plus an easy walk to ice cream, pizza, and plenty of local favorites, it’s in one of Ocean City’s most convenient spots. Whether you’re building sandcastles with the kids, sharing a sunset walk as a couple, or relaxing on the balcony, our retreat is the perfect setting for lasting memories.
