You won't want to miss out on all the amazing seafood while vacationing here!

*Please note the yard is not fully fenced in and it is enclosed with another rental property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really enjoyed staying at this property, the house was very clean and spacious. the decor, quality of bedding, towels, and kitchen items were great! I was a little disappointed there was no dishwasher as advertised in rental posting. Home would benefit from adding a restroom and/or a half bath on the second floor. Having to navigate the steep stairs while holding a toddler in the middle of the night was challenging. The location from Short Sands/Town center is fantastic, the main reason for choosing this property was the large yard which is where we spent most of our time. It would be great to add a picnic table or larger table and chairs for guests to eat after grilling. Overall, my family and I were satisfied and are making plans for reserving again for our 2026 vacation!

Great value and location to the beach! Very spacious and very clean. The house in the back and trailer park are a little bit of an eyesore I would recommend privacy trees. Overall great value and we enjoyed our stay.

not exactly as expected

This house is spacious, clean beds, big kitchen but be aware that it does not have a dishwasher, is a big 10 minutes walk from the beach, only one bathroom, narrow staircase to the second floor that makes it tricky to go down at night to the bathroom. There is a big camping site next to the house...We were happy we stayed only 3 nights for those reasons.

Quick weekend stay

Bedding comfortable. Location perfect. Staying in main house was fine. Have to think again renting with only one bathroom. Tub/shower needs attention. Does not drain properly. And though amenities included dishwasher pods…no dishwasher that we saw. Wasn’t really needed as we did not cook.

Family time

This was our 2nd year at the property. It is within walking distance to the downtown and short beach. Great yard with lights and fire pit, just remember to bring your own wood. Home is completely stocked for cooking and relaxing. Beds are comfortable. 1 bathroom is tough, but doable. Trash pickup is Tuesday, which we wish was included in the rental agreement. Woodwork around the back door should be replaced. Great house

York Wedding Weekend

The house was very clean and well appointed. We spent a long weekend there with our adult children while we all attended our niece’s destination wedding at a beautiful farm in York. Very centrally located.

Stay in York Maine

My friends and I stayed at this property to attend a wedding nearby in York. The location was great, as it was just a quick 10 minute walk to downtown York. While the property sleeps 8, one of the bedrooms is a sunroom with no privacy because there is a window directly into the living area. We also had an issue with a blown fuse (the house could not manage running the multiple air conditioning units the house was equipped with at the same time), but the fuse box was locked in the basement an inaccessible to guests and we unfortunately had to wait a couple of hours until the property manager was able to come by to restore the power. Beware that if you accidentally forget anything at the house, the property management group will charge you $25 plus taxes and fees, simply to “search” for your item. We did not have a good experience with the property management group.

Perfect location

The rental was perfect for a quick getaway The house and property were super clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfy. There were books, cards, puzzles, balls, ladder ball, and camp chairs just in case. Perfect location, just 1/2 mile walk on side walks to short sands beach and shops. The rental company replied immediately to questions and offered very helpful hints on the lockbox! Great stay, would recommend!

Great house- bigger than pictures look!

This house was way bigger than it looks in the pictures! Location was perfect for a family with children! Nice back yard with plenty of space for the kids to run around! There were a few suggestions we had. We couldn’t find a broom anywhere to clean up, no extra paper towels and only one dish towel. We didn’t see any pot holders at all. We did see a few mouse droppings in the cabinets, specifically the entry way bench. That is to be expected in an older house, but maybe the cleaning people should be aware so they can check that specifically when cleaning! We were denied an early check in for extra cleaning. Other than those suggestion, the house was lovely and I would definitely stay again with my family!

Great Place to Stay!

The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient for walking into town. There were air conditioners in each room. We used the outdoor fire pit and enjoyed the large kitchen. We were very pleased with this property and highly recommend it.

nice cabin but lots of issues

first no early check in not even discussed which is very different then all other rentals I have rented which is a lot. They said didn't matter if it was available no early check ins so we had to wait in area since we got there early and it was freezing out. No broom, no heat in upstairs bedroom queen bed, moldy shower Curtin, q-tips dust under bed, no ice cube trays, no tissues, no warning that circuit breaker trips when using multiple kitchen appliances, we had to wait for 2 hours cause the agency didn't know the padlock on the basement wasn't really locked. Multiple chair legs wobbly and dangerous.
