"We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at minisands! Great for a couple. Everything was clean and communication with the host was outstanding. Having the ocean across the street and being able to walk to restaurants was a plus. We will definitely return!"

"We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Beautiful home with a stunning view! We loved the location, convenient to Portsmouth but peaceful and quiet. We watched a fox and a groundhog cross the driveway! The restaurant across the street was delicious and so nice to be able to walk - Michelle is the most amazing server and person - be sure to ask for her if you go! We loved how the house was decorated and appreciated all the furnishings and nice touches. The fireplace came in handy on a few chilly evenings. We didn’t cook but it looked...
