"We booked this hotel for convenience and were not made aware that the parking situation involves parking in public parking a block away, emptying your entire vehicle to avoid break-ins, and then when returning to the hotel, the elevator reeked of human urine. We took a slight wrong turn trying to get back to the hotel and ended up walking into an area where 20+ drug users were laying all over the ground and it felt very unsafe. When we complained the hotel simply sent back smiley face texts...

"Mixed review for us. The check in process has many flaws, very disorganized. The link we were sent didn’t work so we didn’t receive any info before arrival despite having sent several messages and no replies. Thankfully there was a friendly staff member to help us when we arrived, however our room still wasn’t ready for an hour and a half after check in time and we didn’t receive the door code or room number until that time. The room itself was nice and clean."

"We reached there and we like property and rooms when we saw that but when hotel is aware of how many people are coming and when they are charging for each and everyone, they should provide service too. We had 2 rooms booked for 8 people and there were only 2 towels in room, that is something for personal hygiene and no one would like to share. Also we tried to go and get from check in office but they were closed without any posted number or hours of operation. Even at 7:30 in morning when we...
