"Probably the most peaceful place I've stayed. Great location for a visit to Mesa Verde. Off the main road enough to not get any traffic sounds. Tiny home has everything you need and hosts communication was great. "

"I rented the skoolie to stay in while my son & I explored Mesa Verde. It was such a fun experience! Gave us a bit of a glamping experience, which I appreciated. The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. "

"Convenient, close, quiet"

"Such a great property! The house was just the right size and full of everything you could need. My favorite part was drinking coffee by the river. It is so beautiful!"

"Great stay! The property is really nice and cozy in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. We all had plenty of room. There’s a composting bucket and there’s even a small cooler and ice packs for the cooler. Nice little touches for convenience. Place is very close to Safeway and Walmart and plenty of other stores. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space but it’s really nice! Absolutely recommend. "

"What a perfect house on their farm! Super clean and we loved the patio overlooking the reservoir. Very peaceful and we loved the fresh eggs & garden. We would book again! "

"Quiet, serene location with lots of beautiful trees and river frontage. The cabin was unique and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed watching little chipmunks and lots of birds from the spacious windows facing the river. We hope to return someday. "

"Awesome location near stores, restaurants, and other vacation activities. The house was warm and welcoming with thoughtful decorations and an open layout. Our family enjoyed meals and relaxation time in the beautiful backyard at the end of our daily adventures. What great hosts! We appreciate you sharing your home with our family!"

"Honestly, it was a pleasant experience. I was a bit skeptical being so close to an RV Park and a highway. However, the area is surprisingly quiet for the location. Amenities were nice and as listed. I liked the place and the Property Manager and their representatives were nice and communicated well. Good experience. Would recommend to people."

"What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough...

"We enjoyed the property location. Close to all amenities. Beds comfortable, nice kitchen area, and loved the gas grill. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the pets and the patio seating was great. Nice towels! If you cook much while staying here, you may want to bring your own spices. We brought our own paper towels, and definitely needed them. We were a little concerned about the livingroom furniture as the sturdiness was questionable. Overall, we were very happy and will return if...

"We stayed for our daughter’s wedding also in Cortez. We had family members and our dogs stay. It was a great setup for all and the game room kept the little ones entertained! Beautiful view! We are from California so may not be back for a while but would absolutely stay there again!!"
