The space:
The property borders a 50 acre park with a recreation center. Walk, run,, swim, lift weights, take classes such as yoga , dance , Tai Chi, and spin. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood yet a short walk from restaurants , drug stores and grocery store.

Guest access:
The home is divided into two separate living spaces , one for the host and one for the guests. Both have separate private entrances. Both are self contained units with their own kitchens , bathrooms and bedrooms. A utility room separates these two spaces to act as a noise and privacy barrier.

Interaction with guests:
The guest do not have to have interaction with host . Host is open to meeting guests and letting them know about the area if they are interested in doing so. Guests can call host on phone if want information on need help with anything.

Other things to note:
Host is a licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Colorado. Jeff has been doing massage for 16 years in private practice and 5 star motels. Extensive experience in Swedish , Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Thai Massage. Prices are $75.00 for 60 minutes and $95.00 for 90 minutes.
