"Didnt like: shower pressure too low. For bedding, doogna insert was placed on bed with no quilt cover. Didnt feel hygenic. More vegetarian options at the restaurant. Liked: Overall, the room and the experience was great. Breakfast and dinner was a good quality. Short wait time for elevators. The view was great. Staff were very friendly. Like:"

"When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated"
