"Ised this as home base to do some exploring in Marquette and Munising. Had a couple days of bad weather,but we made the best of it and went down to the casino. The nice nights were spent looking at the lake while enjoying a nice fire. We actually lived the fact that there was no TV, internet, wifi and not so great cell service. It truly helped us unplug from the hectic lives we lead.The Foxhole is so cute and comfy. It was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We will definitely check into...

"The title says it all, we had all the comforts of home while being able to roll out of bed and jump in the lake.Large kitchen full stocked with pots, pans, large fridge and an extra fridge in the garage. The deck is amazing, plenty of room to live outside. The water is very accessible with minimum stairs and hand railing. We wish we could have stayed longer."

"Jan is an excellent host. Home is beautifully decorated and couldn’t be more comfortable. House is extremely well stocked with everything you could need or want. With six adults and one young child staying in the house, they are many different living areas such as the living room, family room and sunroom so you’re not on top of each other. Location is perfect, about five minutes to downtown and many restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a very great stay at this house. We normally stay in Au Train and decided to venture a little further west this year. The house itself was very clean and had a nice comfortable large couch and kitchen island for hanging out. There was not immediate beach access, but we used the canoe provided and our own paddle board to traverse the river and head to lake Superior.
