The Villa Patricia was completed in 2019 and is newly furnished detached villa. The private pool is 7 by 4 meters and heated in the months of November to April. The large terrace is surrounded by a wall and not visible form outside. There is a lounge bed on the terrace, 3 sun loungers, a garden lounge and a seating area. Our guests receive bath towels for the terrace.
The villa has free WiFi and a SmartTV with international channels and a Bluetooth sound bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle, heater, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
In the adjoining room there is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is a grill on the terrace.
In the villa you will find 2 luxury bathrooms with WC, walk-in showers with rain shower head, storage compartments and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included. Beach towels are to be brought along. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with one king size bed and two queen size beds.
The next supermarket is 10 min walk away and the next restaurant 15 min. The marina Marina Rubicon, with many restaurants and shops is 1,6km away. The beautiful Pagagayo beaches can be reached in 2,3km and the center of Playa Blanca in 2,9km.
Guests receive a welcome package with wine, beer, water, coffee, tea, fruit juice.
