VILLA FELICIA is located in Los Colorados, probably the most exclusive residential area of Playa Blanca in the south of the beautiful lava island of Lanzarote. The villa is detached with maximum privacy. It has a private heated, invisible pool and was completely renovated in December 2019 and exclusively, modernly furnished. On the sunny, secluded terrace in your well-kept private garden, you can relax wonderfully. A brick grill allows a nice barbecue. The best conditions to spend a wonderful holiday. The interior offers 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. The other's bathroom is directly opposite. The bathrooms have floor-level, extra-large showers and spacious bathroom furniture. A hair dryer is available. A utility room with washing machine is also available. The brand new open kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher is fully equipped with everything you need for a good menu. A beautiful living room with a modern dining table is immediately connected. You can relax on the large sofa or receive hundreds of international TV channels with satellite. Internet and WiFi is available and can be used free of charge. The closest supermarket is 300 meters away. There are a few recommended restaurants and bars and supermarkets in the surrounding area. The nearby beaches in Playa Blanca are some of the most beautiful on the island. Playa Flamingo in the middle of Playa Blanca is safe for children and offers various restaurants on a long beach promenade. If you like to keep it natural, you are at the right place in the nearby famous Playa Papagayo. This is with its small beautiful sandy bays under nature protection and I have never seen it overrun. A small restaurant on a cliff there offers unforgettable panoramas and sunsets. with a delicious sundowner. The nearby Puerto Rubicon harbor also invites you to linger with boutiques, restaurants and bars. If you are sporty, the island is ideal for your hobbies. There are wonderful hiking and biking trails across the island. Diving and snorkeling and all kinds of water sports (surfing kiting, fishing, motor boating) are possible. There are 2 beautiful golf courses available for golfers. I prefer the course near Puerto del Carmen, which is about 30 minutes away, and which will appeal to more demanding golfers. A holiday on this beautiful Canary Island offers a lot of variety if desired, but it can also be extremely good, to relax completely and to "relax" from everyday stress. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia (unsere Gastgeberin) hat super funktioniert.Patricia ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, wir hatten super viele Badetücher, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war wundervoll ruhig, um die Ecke gab es einen Supermarkt und fußläufig erreichbar ein paar kleine Bars, sowie ein Strandabschnitt.

Lovely quiet area. Excellent restaurant nearby (Citurna).Villa as described. Could do with a little maintenance to bring back up to top quality. Disappointed that there was no water on arrival. Given we had explained that we would have no chance to pick any up from the airport. A cleaner midweek would have been welcome. Other than that a nice place to stay.

Prachtige villa op heerlijke locatie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in villa Felicia. We konden de woning meteen na aankomst betrekken dankzij de medewerking van Patricia. De foto’s bij de advertentie geven een heel goed beeld van het huis. De tuin, de inrichting en het zwembad zijn een aanrader. Het zwemwater had met 28 graden een heerlijke temperatuur. Ook het huis zelf voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Het is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De villa beschikt over goede bedden en prima sanitaire voorzieningen met een onder andere een heerlijke regendouche. Daarnaast biedt de villa veel privacy. Goede restaurants bevinden zich op korte afstand bij Marina Rubicon. Zoek je een huis waar je heerlijk tot rust komt en volop het vakantiegevoel geniet, boek dan Villa Felicia. Wij bevelen deze accommodatie va harte aan. Martin en Sandra

Ankommen, entspannen, genießen – Lanzarote vom Feinsten !

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Abwicklung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Information und Austausch mit Patrica vor und über unseren Urlaub hinweg war einwandfrei, so dass uns alles total einfach und angenehm gemacht wurde. Es gab sogar einige kulinarische Köstlichkeiten, die Patricia zu unserem Empfang in der Unterkunft vorbereitet hatte. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer recht ruhigen Lage und doch ist es nicht weit zum Strand oder nächsten Supermarkt. Alles im Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Außenanlage lädt stets zum Verweilen ein, ob das Frühstück auf der Terrasse beim Sonnenaufgang, dem Schwimmen im Pool, relaxen auf den Liegen oder abends den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen im beleuchteten Garten. Toll ist auch, dass der Pool beheizt ist und unsere Tochter so jeden Tag ihren Spaß darin haben konnte. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen !

Perfect little paradise

This was our second holiday at this villa and delighted to say that it did not disappoint. It had everything you could want for a relaxed vacation. Week away from Scottish winter!

Lovely villa spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Heated pool maintained twice weekly and at a very nice temperature. Car not essential as half hourly bus service to Playa Blanca available round the corner from villa. Restaurants and bars at marina Rubicón 20 minute walk along promenade . Local bars , restaurants and supermarket 5 minute walk.

Superb villa

The villa is wonderful - very clean, has everything you needed and the pool was warm. The situation was also perfect - a short distance from a supermarket and places to eat and within walking distance of the marina and all its shops and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend. A very spacious, clean and well equipped property in a very quiet and safe residential area. Very generous, well kept garden and pool area. Less than a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and an easy 20 minute walk to the marina where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

Great Villa

Really great place to get away in the sun! Villa is really nice, clean, modern and the outside and pool area is fantastic. Villa is in a quiet location with a 15 min walk along the sea front to the marina where theres a large number of restaurants to pick from. Patricia was easy to contact with any questions which were answered right away. Great holiday and would definitely book again thanks Patricia 😊

Just spent four weeks at Villa Felicia and all I can say is that we did not wish to return home. The villa was comfortable, completely private and quiet and a great place to lounge around the pool. Patricia was a perfect host and resolved the one small is issue quickly and efficiently. We have rebooked and cannot wait to return.

Lovely very private Villa, in a good location, a few nice local restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes walk. 30 minute scenic coastal walk to the busy marina where you have a lot more dining choices. Easy to get a Taxi which are cheap enough if you don't fancy the walk! Thank you for a lovely stay Barry, Catherine and Jessie. Would definitely visit again.

Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Felicia and would definitely stay again. The villa is in a great location, very quiet and private. Only 35 minutes walk and you are at Marina Rubicón with many restaurants. The pool was perfect and the pool guy visited twice during our stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. Short walk to a HiperDino Express which would be perfect if you didn’t have a car. Check in and check out easy and fuss free. Patricia has been easy to contact and prompt to reply with regards to any enquiries.

Great place, very quiet

The house was ultra clean and really well equipped (3 different coffee makers) and modern. Great beds, great kitchen, etc… Nice pool, very quiet location, close to water and close to a small shopping center. Along the waterfront there is a paved boardwalk leading to the next town, great for running, too. Host is super friendly, too. 6 stars out of five.

This is our 2nd Vist @ Amazing than ever the Villa is a Dream paradise get away! Easy check Inn and location etc. Maybe the Villa needs a little TLC compared to our 1st visit last year but nothing that was a big problem for us hope to vist again.

Lovely and relaxing holiday

We have had a lovely relaxing stay at Villa Felicia. The villa was as described online, very clean, spacious and truly private, despite having immediate neighbours. Patricia was an excellent host and responded to any questions we had very quickly. The house is ideal, in a quiet location but also close to the centre of Playa Blanca - about a 25 minute walk along the promenade to the marina where there are lots of lovely places to eat. The Papagayo beaches are worth a visit and the snorkelling is excellent there although the beaches in Playa Blanca are worth visiting too. There is a small supermarket close by (about 300 metres from the villa) where you can pick up a few essentials but we did our main food shop at a Superdino in the centre of Playa Blanca (only 10 mins by car). We would definitely return to Villa Felicia again and would also be happy to recommend to family and friends.

Lovely villa for peaceful holiday

Patricia was very helpful with all our correspondence and questions. The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented, and full of all kitchen ware or little gadgets that you may need to create a stress-free holiday. The garden the villa is set is beautiful, and very peaceful. The pool is fantastic and is cleaned twice a week. The location is excellent too, the villa is a very short walk away from a local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a brilliant Escape Room company. 20 minutes walk on a picturesque coast road will take you in to the centre of Marina Rubicon. The villa is less than 5 minutes away from the nearest bus stop too. We can't recommend this villa highly enough. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday - thank you, Patricia!
