Welcome to Ca Villa Esmeralda, a new accommodation in a residential area in the volcanic heart of the island, in the town of Yaiza at the gates of Timanfaya National Park.



Yaiza stands out for its volcanic surroundings and is one of the most beautiful towns on the island.

From here the most spectacular vineyard area in the world, La Geria, is just 5 minutes' drive away, where you will travel through unusual landscapes and taste local wine in its wonderful wineries along the route.



Ca Villa Esmeralda is a terraced house with a beautiful garden with local gerias, a corner with an outdoor sofa to enjoy the colours of the sunset and a table to enjoy lunches or dinners outdoors.



All the rooms in the house face outwards, providing natural light in all spaces.



Inside you will find a modern and contemporary space, with comfortable furniture and neutral colours with natural elements. Minimalist and simple, but very welcoming, you will find everything you need to feel at home.



The house consists of two floors connected by stairs. On the first floor there is a pleasant living-dining room with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, with its Smart TV and comfortable sofa. An extendable table for 6 guests, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.50m x 1.80m with a ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area outside with washing machine and clothesline.



In the kitchen you have all kinds of appliances: induction hob, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, classic Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, juice squeezer, hand blender, toaster, water heater for tea and a complete set of crockery with all the details. It also has a bench-table and two chairs.



On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and spacious wardrobes and a balcony, and another bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the magnificent terrace with two comfortable sofas. Here you can enjoy views of the residential complex with volcanoes in the background and a magnificent sunset. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. On this floor, between the two bedrooms you have a spacious bathroom with shower.



The house also has:

- private parking for your vehicle, although you can also park on the street without any problem.
