The villa features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private pool, as well as panoramic views of the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos from its terraces.



Inside, on the ground floor, you’ll find a unique interior garden with exotic plants, aromatic herbs and traditional Lanzarote volcanic stone.

The house is set in a magnificent environment, right in the heart of Playa Blanca’s vibrant tourist centre, enjoying the area’s mild climate and surrounded by all the services this luxury sports, shopping and leisure marina has to offer — accessible to everyone.



One of Playa Blanca’s greatest attractions is its fantastic golden sandy beaches. Its paradisiacal coastline is one of the main reasons why many visitors choose this area as their base in Lanzarote, as it boasts some of the island’s finest beaches, such as Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada and Playa Blanca.







Just across from Marina Rubicón lies Playa Flamingo, a perfect crescent-shaped beach with crystal-clear waters — an ideal bathing spot, especially for families with young children. It also features a viewpoint offering stunning views of Lobos Island and Fuerteventura.







Beyond the beaches, the area is also known for its natural rock pools, locally called charcos. The most famous are found in Los Charcones, a stretch of coastline dotted with numerous natural swimming pools. Near Playa Flamingo, you’ll also find several of these delightful pools — perfect for a refreshing and relaxing dip.
