Combining rustic architectural elements with elegant design, the holiday villa consists of a spacious living room with an exposed stone wall, a dining room with wooden roof beams and views of the pool, a well-equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one with one single bed) as well as 3 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. In the dreamlike outdoor area of the villa, you will find an expansive terrace with sun loungers, a veranda with a comfortable lounge area and a dining table as well as a 40 m² pool, which can be heated from October through March (upon request, for an extra charge). Here you can spend warm afternoons tanning beside the palm trees, refresh yourself in the crisp water and prepare delicious meals on your barbecue to enjoy at the table. All the while you have a great view of the surrounding mountains! To ensure the utmost relaxation of its visitors, the villa furthermore offers a beautiful sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Here you will find everything you need to disconnect from everyday stress and to absorb the magic of Lanzarote. Due to the villa’s central yet tranquil location, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are just about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, the beloved beach of the town, also called Playa Blanca, awaits your visit only 900 m or a 10-minute walk from your front door. Here you can take in the sight of the glittering waves and the feeling of the dark golden sand below your feet.
