It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with air conditioning and a separate dining room; as well as a private garden and pool and its own allocated parking space. The property is situated in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca which is next to the unspoilt Papagayo beaches. There is a shopping area less than 5 minutes walk away with a supermarket, a great Tapas restaurants, cafe/snack bars, a children's playground, bike hire & other shops. The upmarket Marina Rubicon is a 25 minute stroll away along the seaside promenade, where you will find many more shops, bars and restaurants including Casa Carlos which is great for steaks. Just past the Marina Rubicon is the popular Dorada Beach offering lots of water-sports. Playa Blanca town is approx 1.5 miles from the villa and has many shops and restaurants. A taxi ride there costs about 5 euros or there is a regular bus service.

Outside: There is a garden with plants and trees, and a large sun terrace with sunbeds,BBQ (please clean after use), and table and chairs.Please make sure you remove all picon from shoe soles before re entering into the villa,as the picon will damage the interior tiled floor. Private heated pool. Utility Room: There is a washing machine and clothes dryer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / : Towels and bed linen are included. A weekly clean is provided for a stay of two weeks or longer. We provide F.O.C 4 beach towels for your use while on holiday here.
