Our stay at the villa was exceptional. The property was spotless, spacious, and very well appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The décor and furnishings were of a high standard, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The villa provided a peaceful and relaxing setting, yet was conveniently located for exploring the local area. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from this lovely family as a family of 5 adults and 1 infant. Last year we stayed in another villa around the corner so we knew the area is lovely and quiet, with plenty of parking if you’re hiring a car. Firstly, ALL bedrooms and lounge have working air conditioning and it made our stay very comfortable. The obvious pros for this villa are it is very modern, with AC and great communication from the host Mark. However, what you don’t see via Vrbo is the small details that set the villa apart. They really do sweat the small stuff. To name a few these were: 5 sunbeds by the pool for all adults, with 5 pool towels; The fridge had a few drinks and milk already for us; You can access all Tv platforms like you would at home (Netflix, ITVX, Channel 4 etc) all logged in ready to go. They really have thought logically about what people need during their visit. Location wise, an Aldi is a 5 min car journey or 15 min walk away and the beach/shops/restaurants are also in walking distance if you didn’t want to drive.

Our stay at Casa Bella was perfect! The villa is immaculate, spotlessly clean and has everything you need, truly a home from home! All the rooms are a good size, with a well kitted out / new kitchen. The outdoor space is excellent, with a well maintained pool and plenty of seating space. Mark and Lutia are great hosts…very attentive from the day we booked until the day we left. Overall 5 well deserved stars!We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Immaculate villa.

This villa is in immaculate condition and had everything we needed for a great holiday. 3 bedrooms with 2 excellent modern shower rooms and abundance of hot water. We found everything to be quality, lounge , bedroom , kitchen / utensils , towels , everything. Air con very effective in all bedrooms and lounge. Pool / pool area fantastic , lots of space and a roof terrace. View to mountains from terrace and patio lounger is stunning. Excellent contact from owners , nothing to much trouble. Villa location excellent . We will be back for sure.

As good as it gets.

Having stayed in numerous villas over the years, I can confidently say this is, by far, the best we've experienced. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been meticulously considered, offering everything one could possibly need and all to the highest specification.The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making self-catering a breeze, and the bedrooms were equally impressive, providing comfortable and well-appointed spaces for rest. The living room truly stood out with its expansive sliding doors, which not only flooded the space with natural light but also offered a breathtaking, panoramic view of the sparkling pool and the majestic mountains beyond. This seamless connection to the outdoors created a truly serene and inviting atmosphere.Outside, the villa continued to impress. The ample seating and sunbeds provided perfect options for both sun worshippers and those seeking a cool, shaded retreat. A true highlight was the heated pool. I honestly can't imagine staying in a villa in Playa Blanca without one now – it made swimming enjoyable at any time of day and added immense value to our stay.The location was also very convenient, with the beach a leisurely 20-minute walk away, allowing us to easily enjoy the local amenities and beautiful coastline.This villa will undoubtedly be our first choice when we plan our return visit to Playa B

Fantastic stay!

We just returned from our third trip to Lanzarote in four years, and it was fantastic! The villa where we stayed was by far the best one we've experienced. It had everything we could possibly need and truly felt like home. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent—no issues at all.We slept soundly on the super comfortable beds every night, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. And the heated swimming pool? It was pure bliss! The artificial grass surrounding it was perfect for playing football with a volleyball; we had such a fun time!Let’s not forget the rooftop! The 360-degree views were incredible. The sky lit up at night with stars, and the Moon shone brightly. If you have a telescope, bring it along—you won’t miss the chance to see the planets up close!We will be back.

Just as it looks in the pictures or even better.25 minutes walk or 5 mins drive to playa dorada which is the best beach in that area. Really liked our stay. Communication with mark was easy and efficient.

beautiful villa

We've been going to Lanzerote for many years and this is one of the best villa's we have stayed in, spotlessly clean with fittings and furnishings like new. It is an ideal location for us just minutes drive to the marina or town centre, although in a very quiet area. The interior is modern with stylish and minimalist interior opening out to a superb view of the mountains. Outside is just as good with a wonderful heated pool and covered terrace.The owner, Mark, was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay, will be staying again in the future.

Superb

This property is among the best we have stayed in, with the owners thinking of lots of little things to make anyones stay extra special. The heated pool is blissful, and the artificial grass creates a lovely outside area. Inside, the property is marvellous, with plenty of crockery and glassware. There was an ample supply of dishwasher tablets and handwash in both bathrooms and the kitchen. We needed to contact Mark with a minor issue, and he responded immediately. We have only good things to say - just book this and you will understand!

Das Haus ist abseits des Trubels, aber dennoch ist alles gut zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles da, was für eine gemütliche Zeit benötigt wird. Der Gastgeber ist immer ansprechbar und behilflich. Wenn man etwas braucht. Nur zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder.

Exceptional villa

We've just returned from another fab week in Playa Blanca. It’s a resort we’ve stayed in many times before and always in a villa. Our stay at Casa Bella was fantastic. We already knew the location well having stayed round the corner in the summer, but the standard of this villa was exceptional. Well equipped, quality finish and the host made us feel very welcome. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
