"Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package. Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag. As for the staff, very kind."

"Clean, lush, not too crowded, very warm and helpful staff. Heaps of activities. We, 2 adults, stayed only 2 days but loved it and could have happily stayed a week or more."

"Este hotel fica uns 70 km sul de Nadi e 5 km depois de Sigatoka Possui aptos para 4 pessoas e está em reforma, mas sem transtornos porisso . A praia defronte não é muito apropriada para banho, mas boa para caiaque. Tem restaurante no hotel e pizzaria próximo. Hotel com piscina. Praias próximas: Sovi Bay (***), a uns 5 km para leste, sem infraestrutura; e Natadola(*****), a uns 30 km em direção à Nadi, com alguns resorts."

"GREAT place to stay, we have stayed here atleast 4-5 occasions and it’s always good, The staff super friendly with Hasina taking care of us along with her staff. Rooms are clean and with plenty of space for family of 4-5. Huge pool and they just opened a chill restaurant at the hotel w/drinks available for all. Close by pizza, stir fry, gas station and covient supermarket. It’s a relax spot to hang out for a day or 2, btw there is a jetty within walking distance to getup close for viewing...

"Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. "We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days.
