King Tide - 8 miles of beach just 5 minutes away!

Welcome to King Tide! Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this beach-y one bedroom apartment fit for a king, which is precisely why we call it King Tide! Relaxing in King Tide after a day at the beach or shopping your way around our cute coastal towns is highly encouraged with its large sofa that comfortably folds out into a queen-size bed, cozy wingback chair, electric fireplace, and full size bathtub. Or recharge by taking in the sights and sounds of nature out on King Tide’s private deck surrounded by lush greenery, equipped with Adirondack chairs and bbq grill. King Tide sleeps up to 4 comfortably with its one bedroom with queen bed as well as a sleeper sofa that folds out to another queen-size bed. King Tide has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to create a gourmet meal and large table that comfortably seats four, as well as an additional bar top that seats two. Our King Tide apartment is located within Tiny Tranquility park, home to over 40 tiny homes - and just a 5 minute walk to miles of pristine ocean beaches. Within the park, you'll have access to our Doug Fir lodge with ping pong, pool table, darts, board games, a TV area, free laundry (after 7 pm), small library, fitness room, and an outdoor eating & grilling area. You also have access to our beautiful Redwood Commons community building with a large second story great room with ocean views, a beautiful sitting area with fireplace, full kitchen and an outdoor deck. Walk around the property and check out our dog park, greenhouse with community garden, nature trail and a large field to run your dogs or a great spot for outdoor games with the family. King Tide is located just east of the Doug Fir Lodge in its own separate building. Upon entry to the park, just drive straight into the park and you’ll find King Tide just past the community greenhouse and Doug Fir Lodge on your left hand side.

We're 2 miles south of Waldport, 5 miles North of Yachats, and a 20 minute drive to Newport.
