"Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!"

"We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. "We had 4 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space. The condo was clean. We liked that it was a quiet town and we were able to explore the East and South side of the island. The sunrises were amazing! Gerrardo was great to work with and available for any questions. This a perfect place to be!"
