"Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. This unit is great for couples or a group of friends up to 3. One room has way better AC than the other, and be mindful of the solar panels. "We stayed as a family including 2 adults, 2 adult children and one child. We had plenty of room and adequate number of restrooms. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach was there. The location is far from the city, but that was what we wanted. The seaweed made the beach nearby impossible to use , but the views were amazing. The host was very responsive and the community is quiet and not very crowded. "

"Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. Really a pleasure.We have stayed in other parts of Palmas Del Mar...
