"The host/neighbors was very nosey , everything was a problem from the parking, the noise we made ( awfully loud location with people playing music till 5am) but somehow we were a problem … wanted me to park in a steep hill with bad tires when there was plenty of parking .. felt like I was at a strict grandparents home. Far from everything . I don’t recommend for urban people like my family … place was clean and pretty tho, spacious … but just not a vibe . "

"The hot tub didn't heat at all, but the rest of the place was great. The second floor patio had a gorgeous view of the mountain stream and jungle. There are a few houses nearby, but you mostly see jungle. The night jungle sounds were penetrating and delicious. Don't expect quiet, but you will love the sounds of the coqui and other jungle critters."

"1. Directions from the app take you to the wrong address. 2. There are no numbered parking as she states. 3. The lockbox was hard to find per her instructions and would not relock when we departed. 4. We had to make our own beds when we arrived. 5. All responce was in spanish so I had to translate was a big hassle. 6. Slow to respond to messages. 7. ROCHES in the kitchen draws. I was able to get a picture of one for proof. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR STAY AGAIN"

"This is a completely magical and beautiful spot. We couldn’t stop looking at the gorgeous view! The place is beautiful inside but especially outside. Laura was so nice to us and was extremely helpful. We loved walking down to the movie set and then further down to the lake. The pack of kittens were adorable. "

"We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do.
