To the best of my knowledge and surprise there is not really any hot water in the place but that was not an issue for me. The outside sitting area needed some maintenance work, but we contacted Brenda and she took care of it right away. There was hot and cold water in the bathroom which I loved. "The place is clean but needs maintenance/upkeep. Stove doesn’t work well, took 20 minutes to boil an egg. No plugs in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure. We booked a two bedroom and on the first night she gave us a one bedroom. My 75 year old father had to sleep on the couch.
