"Staff was great - very nice! Food was excellent! The only minor issue was we could not get a very hot shower. Only warm. Sink hot water was very very hot - just not the shower. Staff tried to resolve but did not. "

"One night stay to see Eric Bibb at the Warwick Art Centre and the hotel was wonderful. We had a corner room with small patio. The room was clean, modern, bathrooms good size, Nespresso machine, water and treats. The bed and linen was very comfortable. Bar had a good food menu and breakfast included with lots to choose from. "Not the biggest room, but bright, fresh & clean. I was in the converted roof area with velux windows. Nice shower (no bath option), lovely warm towel rail at all times, and L’Occitane products. Room has a smart tv with Netflix, a safe, ironing board & iron, good hairdryer, still & sparkling water & tea & coffee making facilities. There is a temp control with fan. Nice quiet room with a very comfortable bed & pillows. There are electric blackout blinds at the windows, but a light that comes...

"The outside of the building and lobby look nice. The room was decent enough but the bathroom let the room down though. Having to turn and sit at an angle cause the towel rack is in front of toilet wasn’t great plus the fan leg was broken causing the fan to keep falling over so gave up using it. Also they do not have an airport shuttle and if you order a taxi you need to meet it away from the property or you’ll get a £5 fee. But my biggest issue is with the person responding to online messages...

"Easy and friendly check in and a lovely comfy clean room. Plenty of parking available and in a lovely area and only 15 minutes from the NEC. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to use the gym and pool but we’ll be back."

Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. Our room was spacious and clean. Very quiet too. ...
