The perfect location for family and friends with some of, if not, the best all-around views in the area! Enjoy this nicely furnished end unit townhouse only a stone’s throw from the beach and a block away from the heart Wrightsville Beach. Great views of both the ocean and Intracoastal waterway with 3 decks, outdoor shower, and plenty of parking for the whole family. The main floor has a spacious kitchen, half bath and large living and dining room. The deck off the living area has plenty of seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a meal. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bath. Front bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap after a long day in the sun. On the top floor, you’ll find a spacious master suite with a King bed, full bath, and its own private balcony with sweeping ocean and sound views. Close to downtown Wrightsville Beach to explore local shops and restaurants (grocery, coffee shops, bars, art, donut shops, boutiques, ice cream, surf shops, etc.). While the unit is close to the bustling center of the beach, it's also quietly nestled away, near the end of a private street, so you can enjoy your choice of action or peace and quiet. Book your stay today and make lasting memories with friends and family!

Parking instructions:
Driveway parking for 3-4 depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Very good rental but could use a little TLC

Great rental, excellent communication from/with management company. Like most rentals, it could use some TLC - mold around bathroom air vents, torn sliding screens, etc. Many ceiling lights/lamps/switches don't work. Also, the kitchen drinkware could use an upgrade and there's a bunch of junk being stored in there and in other storage areas throughout the rental that should be thrown away. Aside from these issues we loved the place.

Excellent location! Great property.

Love the location! Super Close to beach and convenient to Wrightsville restaurants / bars. How was decent. Amply stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and towels as advertised. When we booked the as said 2 king beds and a queen… it was 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 fulls. Not the end of the world but not 100% accurate. Slight musty smell, carpet is tired and rough, and saw a couple bugs. But all in all, a great property and a fantastic location and, oh by the way, killer surf break during Hurricane Lee offshore throwing up a great swell.

Would not stay again

The house smelled like smoke from the time of check in and just felt gross based on the dated condition. The cleaning crew does the bare minimum. Great location and views but that’s about the only plus. For the money, we expected better.

great size & space

Great location, overall excellent stay!

The proximity to the beach was perfect! The layout of the property was excellent for our family as it was very spacious and gave our 9 month old plenty of room to play. My only complaints are minor and won’t keep us from staying there again by any means. The narrative of the listing states there is a king bed on the second floor, but it’s actually a queen (I contacted the property manager and hope this is fixed so it isn’t misleading to others). The beds were more comfortable than I originally thought they would be, but I definitely suggest bringing your own pillows. My only other complaint is the air vents weren’t functional so we couldn’t adjust the air blowing into the room my son slept it. And lastly, the grill needs to be cleaned (grease all over the bottom) - this was very challenging to keep my son away from ha. But again, none of this will keep us from staying there again. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Beautiful but…

The property was lovely, the location is super, loved everything about it, the dryer was not working and the owner sent us ahead of time that they are trying to fix it. But it didn’t and the owner ordered a new washer and dryer which was really great. We received messages daily if we need anything to make our stay better. The unit had 3 and half bathrooms which was great, every room had its own bathroom. The only problem with the unit was it needed a lot of love, the kitchen had random items, that was obviously collected over the years and nothing matched, appliances was ok except for the toaster. The kitchen cabinets needs updating. The beds were making sounds every time you moved in bed. Some of the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The living room furniture needs some updating too. But overall we had a great great time, and we would definitely go back again if some updates are done. Thank you to the owner for their quick action on the dryer.

Excellent space for our 7!

Check in process was a breeze. The location was perfect, walking access to shops and dining, and 200ft to the ocean. The layout was perfect, our group of 7 never felt cramped. The 3 patios all provided a unique view of harbor and the beach. The provided beach chairs, bikes, and towels all came in handy as well! Will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

The house worked great for our family. Great location and beach access was perfect. Plenty of parking space. Only complaint is the beds aren’t super comfy but very doable. I would book this again for sure!

Amazing Week at Wrightsville

This property made for an amazing week at Wrightsville beach, once our cars were parked, they were not needed the rest of the week due to how close the beach, shops, and restaurants were to our location. Great Place! Will definitely be looking to book for next year as well.

Adequate but issues

The property looks nice but the master bath has mold in shower head, ceiling and around shower. The AV vent is always leaking and also has mold. All beds were uncomfortable..

Perfect place perfect location

Spent a week at this home and it was spotless which is very important to me. I had girlfriends stay a couple of days and my family stay a couple of days and everything was perfect. The only complaint was the beds, the mattresses could use an upgrade but they were clean so I’m not complaining too much! Hate that I had to leave!
